ORDERS & CHANGES

Can I cancel or update my order?

Yes — you can cancel or update your order (including shipping address or product details) as long as it has not been shipped.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so please contact us as soon as possible at info.inovarra@gmail.com if you need changes.

Inovarra™ reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of unauthorized or suspicious activity, or due to system errors.


TRACKING

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 3–10 business days to appear (especially for international shipping)
  • Updates may not appear daily — this is normal

SHIPPING

Delivery Times

  • Europe / UK: 6–12 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $40 USD
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Important Notes

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may require a reshipping fee
  • Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (international orders)

Refunds

  • Processed within 10–15 business days after receiving the item
  • Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank

  2. Mark where it overlaps
  3. Measure the length with a ruler

WARRANTY

We offer a 100-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

This does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear & tear
  • Damage from misuse
